The apartment also has a video intercom which further enhances security in the building. It is rented long-term. Monthly utilities include electricity, water, municipal fees, garbage disposal, and staircase cleaning, while the tenant is responsible for acquiring their own internet and television package. The owner pays the maintenance fee. A deposit equal to one month's rent is mandatory, as well as a contract for a minimum of one year.
